Keyboard sometimes doesn't work in Tor Browser

At least 2 users report that their keyboard sometimes doesn't work in Tor Browser but works in other applications.

One user reports that they encounter this issue when they launch Tor Browser from TCA. (I don't know if this is significant, that the user is launching Tor Browser from TCA rather than some other way.) The user reports that with the exception of their keyboard, everything in Tor Browser functions properly. The user reports that restarting Tails fixes the problem.
