Keyboard input sometimes not working in Tor Connection and Tor Browser

Hit the only PC brought by the attendance on first start at NR

it seems that entering text doesn't work sometimes on TCA. The problem is solved rebooting.

This could mean that ibus-proxy-netns reports readiness before xdg-dbus-proxy is really ready. Indeed we report readiness as soon as the socket exists, but there is still a tiny window in which it's not bound.

This affects every program that depends on ibus-proxy-netns
