Upgrade Onionshare to 2.6

On Tails 4.20~rc1 Onionshare is upgraded to 2.2, which features significant changes compared to version 1.3.2. Maybe a good idea to upgrade Onionshare a bit further to 2.3.x to include the Chat feature as well. (Ephemeral Chat)
