Upgrader sometimes fails: Negative number not allowed in format_bytes at /usr/local/share/perl/5.32.1/Tails/IUK/Role/FormatByte.pm line 45 (Fix progress information inconsistencies when resuming an automatic upgrade download)

When a download is interrupted and then resumed due to a failure or a shutdown in the network connection, results in bytes_downloaded=0. When this happens, the download speed could get a negative value which causes an error because negative numbers are not allowed in format_bytes. Another consequence is that the progress bar is momentarily set to zero when the download is resumed.
