The Additional Software Feature is broken in the testing branch

The APT cache and lists are not copied to the persistent partition by tails-synchronize-data-to-new-persistent-volume-on-shutdown.service on shutdown. But the flag files are created.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
