TCA connects with default bridges when it shouldn't

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connected Tails to my WLAN and the Connection Assistant popped up
  2. Choosed "Configure Tor automatically (easier)
  3. Checked the checkbox "Configure a Tor bridge"
  4. Clicked "Connect to Tor"
  5. Choosed "Type in a bridge that i already know"
  6. Changed my mind without putting in a bridge and clicked "Back"
  7. Choosed "Configure Tor automatically (easier) once again
  8. Unchecked "Configure a Tor bridge"
  9. Clicked "Connect to Tor"

The progress bar first goes to 34%, then goes back to 10% and sits there for a while then telling me it is connecting me to "default bridges".

Expected result:
Getting connected to a Tor guard relay.
