TCA fails when one of the bridges fails

Autoconfig and hiding Tor fails with custom bridges, while Tor Browser outside of Tails connects successfully. This happens (at least sometimes) when one of the bridges is indeed not working.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
