Document how to start Tails from an external hard drive or SSD

On #16926 (closed) we reached the conclusion that it's worth documenting this (remove live-media=removable) until #6397 is implemented.

Incidentally, the same instructions would work for booting from a virtual or physical USB drive in VirtualBox.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
