Don't focus on [Cancel] when downloading upgrades

In #17310 (closed) we added a button to cancel downloading the upgrade.

This button has the focus by default, so if users close all applications (as recommended) and press Enter by mistake, when going back from suspend for example, they will cancel their download.

Could we put the focus somewhere else by default?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
