Panda wireless Ultra and PAU05 adapter don't work anymore with tails 4.12

  • A user reported in October that the Panda Nano (PAU03) didn't work anymore in Tails 4.12.

I have a Panda Nano (148f:5370) that still works in Tails 4.14.

  • Another user reported PAU05 not working in Tails 4.14.

Please send us more info

If you face the same problem:

  • When did you buy yout adapter?

  • If you know how to run a command in a Terminal, could you execute:

    lsusb

and give us the USB ID of yours.

  • If you're ready for more command line, could you set up an administration password and run:

    sudo journalctl -f

Then plug you PAU05 and tell us which new lines get printed.

⚠ These lines might include unique identifiers of your adapter.

Then you can exit this command by pressing Ctrl+X.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
