Multiple GPUs are not sorted in the intended order in the "Error starting GDM" message

What @boyska and I tried to do on #17533 (closed) and !71 (merged) was to minimize the impact of the truncation, by displaying any Intel GPU last, because most likely it's not the one that's problematic, so better include the full info about the non-Intel GPU.

I've received a report that suggests we got it wrong, somehow:

Error starting GDM with your 2 graphics cards:
Intel Corporation [8086:0116] 2nd Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller
Advanced Micro Devic
Please take note of this error and visit https://tails.boum.org/gdm for troubleshooting

This causes trouble when @help-desk tries to handle such reports.
