Remove our OpenPGP verification instructions

People doing the OpenPGP verification without really knowing what they is still very heavy on Help Desk and pretty heavy on Technical Writing.

Still, our download page cannot be a complete course on OpenPGP and Web-of-Trust verification.

We should take a step back and reflect on the broader strategy:

  • Shall we remove these instructions entirely?
  • Shall we move them to a different place?
  • Shall we find better ways of telling people that they are on their own?

This is on our 2020-2022 roadmap.
