Who is on shift?

Originally created by @Anonymous on #16495 (Redmine)

We identified the information about who is on shift (e.g. help desk, sysadmin, Foundations Team) as potentially helpful and shareable with -summit or tails@.

We currently have no mechanism to find this out. After the issues with the mailing lists recently I would like to stretch that this could be useful.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
