Support Bengali input method
Bengali speakers write Bengali language using an opensource phonetic keyboard named Avro Keyboard. When introducing tails to them, the major compliant we receive is the lack of Bengali writing software. There is a Debian port of Avro named ibus-avro package in testing and sid. We tried to install them following your guidelines to Install Additional Software.
The package ibus-avro needs additional setup in Gnome language settings and we could not integrate it as there is no option for Avro Phonetic engine available even after restarting ibus. Besides, had this method succeeded, the user had to configure ibus-avro engine after every login which is not so user friendly.
Therefore, it seems to us that- to make ibus-avro work properly with user friendliness in mind, Bengali Langugae and ibus-avro engine should be shipped with the OS iso by default along with japanese and chinese engine.
