verification guide for image download inconsistent

The guide of downloading the usb image file (e.g. when coming from https://tails.boum.org/install/index.en.html)

https://tails.boum.org/install/download/index.en.html

has no “Skip download” (or after downloading: “Skip verification!”) link in step 3 — in contrast to the download guides for the iso file (“dvd” and “vm”).

This then probably needs to be corrected in “Manual test suit” as well…
