Seahorse fails to import PGP public key

Originally created by @goupille on #17183 (Redmine)

Several users reported that since the upgrade to Tails 4.x, they are not able to import PGP public keys anymore from Seahorse.

Upstream bug reports:

  • https://bugs.debian.org/931558

… but nobody seems to work on it there.

Importing the key from a terminal with gpg --import works fine.

There are 2 aspects to this:

  • importing keys from GNOME Files: fixed via !15 (merged)
  • importing keys from the Seahorse GUI ("Password & Keys"): still broken
