Unsafe Browser shows Security Level indicator

Originally created by @anonym on #16735 (Redmine)

After upgrading to Tor Browser 8.5 the Unsafe Browser shows an icon for the Security Level in the address bar. Clicking it brings you to the settings where you can change level, but doing so is probably broken since there’s no NoScript or Torbutton. We should at least remove that icon from its prominent place in the address bar.

Feature Branch: bugfix/16735-hide-security-level-button-in-unsafe-browser
