Refresh tails-000-standard.list packages list for Bullseye

refresh this list based on the output of tasksel --task-packages standard | sort, run in a clean Bullseye system
create a ticket to do that again for Bullseye+1

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
