Mention popular Additional Software in the doc

Now that more users can install additional software, it would be nice to mention software that maybe because of space cannot be shipped in tails.

  • VLC is the top 81 search query on our internal search engine.
  • Mumble is the only VoIP application that we know works from Tails.
  • Pitivi (removed in 2017)
  • Scribus (removed in 2018)

Listing these will also be useful for people searching for application names on the internal search engine.
