Document how to view a local build of the website in Tails 3.3 and later

Originally created by @emmapeel on #15195 (Redmine)

When reviewing changes on the wiki, I cannot anymore test them on Tor Browser as the instructions command in:

https://tails.boum.org/contribute/build/website/#index2h1

I have installed chromium in Tails, to be able to read the files on the TorBrowser folder.

The documentation should be updated with better instructions than ‘install chromium’, though.

sajolida’s suggestion:

install firefox-esr and use it to view them (same file:/// URLs). by default it can’t access the Internet so it’s not so dangerous:

apt remove —yes firefox-esr ; apt install —yes firefox-esr

Feature Branch: contrib/15195-local-website-with-firefox
