Document that Tails installed using dd is not seen as a bootable device on some MacBook Pro

See #12146 (closed) and more recently #15021 (closed): we’ve known for about a year about this, but apparently our install doc still recommends a path we know won’t work on some Macs. I didn’t check if our troubleshooting doc did take this problem into account.
