Consider renaming the Add button for adding additional setting

The title of the “ADD” button in the new Greeter causes a bit confusion - especially for the first-time user: maybe it will be better to write “Add and continue” - because the size of the button does not matter.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
