Tails-project list information page is Hard to find

Hi,

I wanted to subscribe to the Tails-project list.

I did not found a easy flow from the homepage to find this list.

What I finally did is to go,

- to the homepage, then

- to contribute https://tails.boum.org/contribute/index.en.html, then

- to the “tails-dev” link at the end of the page, going to https://tails.boum.org/about/contact/index.en.html#tails-dev
- fo finally find the list by scrolling.

I wonder if it would not be better to change the text and the link at the end of https://tails.boum.org/contribute/index.en.html to something more general.

If I just miss an easier way to get into this information, please let me know and close the bug if you don’t beleive it is relevant.
