Universal USB Installer Screenshot confused for actual App

Originally created by @huertanix on #11527 (Redmine)

NOTE: This is one of a series of usability issues that arose from the TAILS OS training workshop on March 19th, 2016 in New York City.

When running through the tutorial for Windows users, the Universal USB Screenshot here:
https://tails.boum.org/install/win/usb/index.en.html was confused a few times for an actual app when it “expands” on mouse over. A few things that may prevent the confusion:

  • Remove expanding effect.
  • Make that particular screenshot 25% to 30% smaller so it’s more immediately noticeable that it’s not part of the OS and just a graphic.

Feature Branch: web/12499-uui-1.9.7.7
