Redesign 'Help' Button in the Greeter

Nobody clicked on the help button [?] and the only person who felt like he needed help, looked for it and didn’t find it. It needs to be redesigned.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
