Icedove persistence preset is listed almost last in t-p-s

Originally created by @intrigeri on #10832 (Redmine)

When configuring a persistent volume, the “Icedove” preset is listed after APT cache and lists. I don’t remember how it was with Claws Mail, but in general we try to display the options we think may/should have a bigger user base first, and the more technical ones last. Given we have Icedove in the list of “Favorites” applications, perhaps it should be listed near the top.

I have other work to do on t-p-s for 2.0 so I’ll take it.

Feature Branch: bugfix/persistence-fixes-for-2.0-take1
