Totem + torsocks can't read videos on Jessie

/usr/bin/totem can read https://webm.html5.org/test.webm (and other
videos I’ve tried) once made available locally. /usr/local/bin/totem
(which wraps /usr/bin/totem with torsocks) fails with: “An error
occurred” - “Internal data stream error.”
Spotted by the automated test suite.
