I did not bother updating links for ancient contents.

In the discussion on tails-project, I clarified that the audience for
this document are our users as it states the commitments of our team
towards users.

So it makes sense to translate it *and* move it to /doc until we have a
proper "About Us" section (#17700).

Moving it to /doc also makes it translatable automatically :)

In passing, I'm removing a few obsolete ones.

I forgot to add up the boots between 2013 and 2016 included.

We thought that the blog post was missing images that could easily be
reused to illustrate press articles. These are the best that we could
think of.

And then it's not 4 years of pure volunteer work by only 2 and it
doesn't sound so impressive anymore.
