- /{install,upgrade}/*/*-overview.mdwn should be indexed for people
  searching for "install Tails from Windows" for example.
- /install/download can be indexed as it provide links to the different
  installation and upgrade scenarios.
- /install/download-iso shouldn't rather not be indexed as we don't want
  most people to use it without understanding that it's only for DVDs
  and VMs.

For some reason, while applying it in 36cb75c7, Ulrike didn't apply
all the changes.

This also:

- Removes the weird purple border we had on these buttons.
- Use a consistent height on all such buttons.

It looks ugly, was not displayed to the user until the previous commit
(a51b61541f) and we'll have the same problem for the upcoming download
pages.

Originally, the reasons for it was to make it possible to use bold and
underline on some words in the titles. But:

- Expert UX review told us that underline text was very often confused
  with links, while these titles are not clickable.
- Bold is meant to easy scanning in text but headings should be
  themselves short enough not to need additional scanning.
- They were style and aligned differently that everywhere else on our
  website and this inconsistency was no backed up with any good
  argument.
- Their content was 100% duplicate from [[!meta title and already caused
  painful maintenance work.

So let's get rid of them, simplify our code, reduce content
duplication, and increase style consistency.

That we have breadcrumbs instead of 'Back' buttons, the previous layout
($scenario/overview) created a parent link to the steps for this
scenario:

This commit makes them:

This will be especially useful for the upcoming download pages...

- This is more consistent with the rest of our website.
- It provides more control to the user who can choose to go back further
  than one step.

Website: explicitly add sort="age" to all inline directives I can easily & mechanically patch (refs: #12053).

A serious performance regression was brought by ikiwiki 3.20150614. One of the
few changes introduced in that release was to change the default sorting, for
inline directives, from "age" to "age title". Presumably the latter is
substantially slower, possibly since it has to process the *content* of all
included pages in order to retrieve their title, which may mean that a subset of
pages are processed more than once.

The simplification in e69f7ed5 introduced a glitch on the Back button, so
let's take solve this by further simplifying the specific code for this
button.

Let's keep the full version in the Git checkout for some times, just in
case it might be useful to use in some circumstances (for debugging for
example).

This might format PO files in a nicer way for translators.

Now that we wrote a common scenario for DVDs and VMs, we only have one
specific scenario for these operating systems, so we can simplify the
CSS tricks a bit.
