These options are mostly useful for debugging hardware support and power users so they belong in "Advanced topics".

We used this terminology as a shortcut when we were supporting both USB sticks and SD cards but now it's almost always superfluous, so let's talk explicitly about USB stick as much as possible.

Website: explicitly add sort="age" to all inline directives I can easily & mechanically patch (refs: #12053). A serious performance regression was brought by ikiwiki 3.20150614. One of the few changes introduced in that release was to change the default sorting, for inline directives, from "age" to "age title". Presumably the latter is substantially slower, possibly since it has to process the *content* of all included pages in order to retrieve their title, which may mean that a subset of pages are processed more than once.

See GDSG Menu Terminology. Applications and menu name are capitalized. Here the name is invisible, so let's say this is the name of the application like we say *Tails Greeter*.

Replace the "boot_menu" anchor with "boot_loader_menu", preserving backwards compatibility with links already published elsewhere (refs: #11975). I figured it was better if URLs used the same wording as the text they're about, especially when the previous wording ("boot menu") is used elsewhere in our doc to mean something else.

Note that this was less mechanical than expected: there are places where "boot menu" means "whatever menu the BIOS/firmware offers to pick a boot device". I did not change those, so now we have two different phrasings, for two different menus, which sounds better than reusing the same wording in both cases.

- It's not read by ORCA, see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=748924. - I think I've seen it called "System" somewhere else.

According to GNOME and Microsoft documentation guidelines, data is written on a 'hard disk' (or 'disk'). While 'drive' is the generic term for the physical object as in 'CD drive' (without hyphen). Conflicts: wiki/src/doc/encryption_and_privacy/your_data_wont_be_saved_unless_explicitly_asked.mdwn

- Rename Tails installer into Tails Installer - Say Tails Installer instead of the Tails Installer - Talk about "USB stick or SD card", or "Tails device" - Device must be of at least 4 GB - Mention that installation does not secure delete old data
