- Thanks to the Shift+Restart technique on Windows, the Boot Menu key
  should only be used by Linux users now. Their computer should already
  have a minimum configuration to start on USB stick and they less
  likely need to edit their BIOS settings.

Tricks to (roughly) verify the resulting consistency:

the section is less crowded.

We used this terminology as a shortcut when we were supporting both USB
sticks and SD cards but now it's almost always superfluous, so let's
talk explicitly about USB stick as much as possible.

They were not saying much that isn't said already in
startup_options#additional. So removing them will make both the
documentation tree and the integration in the Greeter simpler.

  - tails_does_not_start#entirely was already duplicated there.
  - Reusing the content instead of moving people around would require
    bringing in more inlines and CSS tricks.
  - Rescue translations.

This is a temporary step on #9884. With the assistant people won't read
this before choosing their media so it doesn't make sense to keep it
here and it's also outdated. So let's hide it for the time being.
