      It's more goal-oriented.
      
      Tricks to (roughly) verify the resulting consistency:
      
        - cat *.index.mdwn | sed -r 's/\s+ - \[\[\!traillink ([^|]+).+/\1/;s/_/ /g;s/<[^>]+>//g' | sort > /tmp/index
        - git grep -h 'meta title' -- "*.*m*" | sed -r 's/\[\[\!meta title="([^"]+)"\]\]/\1/' | sort > /tmp/titles
        - vimdiff /tmp/index /tmp/titles
