linux-latest (which among others build `linux-image-2.6-486`) is sometimes not up-to-date wrt. the kernel packages that are currently in unstable. In order to avoid troubles, let's install a specific version instead of the default one. This does not really grow the maintaince burden as apt_preferences already needed to be updated to have the latest linux package names.

This reverts commit 4aee7d77. Installing multiple kernels currently has a few drawbacks: * liveusb-creator crashes in various creative ways on all kernels but the 486 one * building VirtualBox guest modules for multiple kernels is buggy * we did not confirm by actual testing the amd64 kernel actually helps the sdmem process to wipe more than 3GB of RAM So we postpone this to post-0.11.

They boot less reliably on a variety of hardware, and are made mostly useless by us shipping a USB installer from now on.

2.6.39 has been uploaded to sid and deprecates -686 in favour of -486 and -686-pae; the world is not ready for -pae yet, so we now ship -486. Note that sid's 2.6.39 depends on sid's initramfs-tools. This situation will probably get easier to deal with for us once this kernel reaches Debian backports.

We'll move to "--linux-flavours 486" once we use a Debian 2.6.39+ kernel. See b233eede3 for details.

APT ensure the lists were not downloaded too far in the past in order to prevent replay attacks => running apt-get update would be needed anyway.

This should help getting the images size back under 700MB. The drawback is that users must run apt-get update at runtime before being able to install additional software.

This reverts commit 000c030b. We *really* want to install live-config* packages explicitly built for Lenny as they differ e.g. in the way they configure the console keyboard layout.

Fixed live-config* have migrated to Squeeze. Would be nice to build 0.6 with Squeeze's live-build and live-config rather than Git snapshots.
