Unmark as fragile one more test case that was disabled due to "11a7a9a4" being fragile (refs: #10381).

It was initially disabled in commit:5d797fea.

... and we can remove it from deb.t.b.o's repo.

I've seen it confuse at least one user.

Otherwise the VNC viewer is not a good place to extract test suite
images from.

TailsBootSplash.png was removed a while ago. And TailsGreeter.png will
check further that Tails booted, which is nice.

The initial conversation (that determines the title of the
conversation window) is now made by a different IRC service than
before.
