This makes syslinux append FSUUID=<system partition filesystem uuid> to
the kernel command line, which we use in order to fix the partition
table and grow the system partition.

Replace the confusing "failsafe" wording with "troubleshooting mode" in the syslinux menu (refs: #11365).

Boot menu: drop the "Boot Tails" title and replace "Live" entries with "Boot Tails" ones (refs: #11975).

Having to explain what "Live" means so early on in the Tails experience
(or ever) doesn't seem like the best experience.

In addition, choices should typically be verbs - you can "boot" or "delete"
things, but to say "live" here is either misleading or just a bit of a
non-sequitur.

Remove useless syslinux configuration files that break incremental upgrades on Wheezy (Closes: #7025).

Ensure that all local hooks start with 'set -e'. This should prevent errors
to slip through the build process.

This will help when we want to implement the "syslinux autoselects between
multiple kernels" feature.

... instead of doing the isohybrid conversion ourselves.
The default binary image type we build is now iso-hybrid.

Bump dependency on live-helper to current Squeeze's 2.0~a14-1, and on syslinux
to current Squeeze's 3.86 to make sure isohybrid is supported by both.

These help pages are either buggy or not understandable by non-geeks.
