seems to be triggered especially on /news (inline in an inline).

Hoping it will fix their broken display.

* check all repos are up to date
* check the release notes are OK in all languages

This should also trigger a rebuild that will fix the bugged
`news/version_3.6.1.{es,fa}.html` pages.

No idea this can possibly have worked recently.
