I set the wrong --previous-version:s first (3.2 + 3.3 instead of the
correct 3.1 + 3.2).

This is a follow-up on 08259afa.

Due to #14962 we really only want the simple text-only HTML page
without all the Ikiwiki formatting added. I'm very ignorant of
Ikiwiki, so this hack is the best I could come up with so I can
quickly rebuild Tails 3.3. I'm also sloppy: I verified my assumption
that those .html pages would be left unprocessed...

Me and (mostly) segfault had a late night hacking session, and
implemented some pretty full-featured search functionality:

* Interactive search
* Wrapping search
* Keyboard shortcuts:
 - Ctrl+f => focus find entry
 - Enter / Shift+Enter: search forward / backward
 - While find entry is focused: Escape => stop searching

We cannot connect, so an error page is shown. Links will still be
opened with any configured external application.

This is truly a *temporary* workaround for refs: #14962.

syslinux and GRUB will look for EFI/BOOT/syslinux.cfg, which does not exist
on any USB stick except those created by Tails Installer. So, instead of
relying on Tails Installer mangling stuff for UEFI boot to work, let's
directly ship a working configuration in the ISO so that Tails devices
created with UUI boot in UEFI mode too.

If we're extremely lucky, this might also incidentally fix booting in UEFI mode
Tails devices created with dd on the command line (e.g. following our
Installation Assistant for macOS) — we'll see.
