Linking first to Torrent might be a good trick to favor it over direct
download.

We already:

  - Make it clear that these images wouldn't be trusted for serious
    business.
  - Point people to HTTPS download.

So let's assume that people who want the OpenPGP signature have enough
with a simple link and already know what this is about.

People won't be able to verify the ISO image using DAVE, so providing
HTTPS for direct downloads sounds like a good precaution.

... so we won't repeat the mistake done for Tails 2.2~rc1 ever again.

So the current 2.2~rc1 thinks it is 2.2 according to "About Tails" and
`tails-version`, and adds the testing APT overlay instead of 2.2-rc1.

... to a step in the release process that always is performed.
