and shorter :)

- Seems to contradicty "Tails is free because nobody should have to pay
  to be safe while using computers."
- Makes the text smaller.

I forgot that we budgeted a bit more in
fundraising.git:budget/2019.mdwn and that we have a separate budget for
outreach material.

I've already received a mail from an interesting prospect that was
limited by this timeline.
