Now people can directly install an intermediary Tails with the new version and save a whole step!

This file is a hack that I created with 6b2d034c to document two different versions of Tails Installer (in Tails and in Debian) while rescuing the translations we already had. So we can't break or change paragraphs but we can remove useless paragraphs.
