It's not clear if it's needed (it might even be enabled by default) but
it's sure that it's cannot hurt.

Otherwise Tails won't boot properly.

It makes no sense to explain how to report issues before the reader has had the
chance to try the ISO.

As opposed to e.g. 3.0~alpha1, the ISO image people will download will be
constantly changing.

Otherwise it's too easy to miss broken links. Happened before.

We want everyone to see it, even if they're not going to test the ISO.

We put <p> in every <div> even with a single paragraph:

  - This works better with our current CSS
  - It's more consistent across divs with single and multiple paragraphs
  - It avoids  breaking stuff when adding a second paragraph to a div
