I'll switch to quarterly stats in internal.git which might actually be a
better indicator of the overall workload on our help desk and the only
interesting use of these stats that I can think of.

Otherwise the list of links pointing to these blueprints on
https://tails.boum.org/blueprint/monthly_report/ is mostly useless.
