The version currently in unstable is old and breaks at least YouTube and
Hotmail. This is also closer to what TBB currently ships.

This will bring the 3.x branch that contains many updated rules and also match
what TBB currently ships.

This is needed to support, to some extent, some OpenPGP SmartCard readers.

This should speed up the build a bit.

Not all unwanted packages can be treated this way, e.g. aptitude is installed by
debootstrap, that does not know about APT pinning. Some other unwanted packages
are needed during the build process, so we have to install them and remove
them later.

This reverts commit d4ab84a5.

Those packages are now gone from recent kernel packages
as Linux has reached version 3.

This version does not contain the changes to the default configuration file, so
we need to add them manually to torrc.

We used to get it from 'testing', but the version in Wheezy is multiarch
enabled now. So let's carry on another (trivial) backport.

... that is, once they are there.

We've been using plymouth from unstable, but it now depends on
multiarch-support. The proper solution would be backporting, but we
need things to move forward a bit more quickly for the upcoming 0.12.1
release.

We need this for the imminent 0.12.1 release because:

* deb.tp.o currently only serves the experimental 0.2.3.x series as a
  push to get it into Wheezy, which is in the process of being put
  into freeze.
* the version in sid is also experimental.
* the version in testing, while correct, has incompatible deps with
  squeeze.
* the version in squeeze-backports is to old.

So, let's bloat the git repo!

This commit can just be reverted once Tor 0.2.3.x goes stable and we
want to include it.

These packages don't exist in experimental at the moment, and unstable
should be more stable (hah!) for our purposes.

This is where the ESR releases live nowadays, so we also remove the
mozilla.debian.net source.

It's now up-to-date for iceweasel ESR, and was removed from
mozilla.debian.net.

We need a very recent live-boot with multiple rofs support fixed,
and very recent live-boot requires very recent live-config.

The version that's in official Squeeze backports is still too old for the latest
iceweasel ESR.
