Remove WhisperBack stats from monthly reports · 8fdac314

      - I don't think they are of interest to our audience.
      - I don't remember us ever using them to improve our work.

I'll switch to quarterly stats in internal.git which might actually be a
better indicator of the overall workload on our help desk and the only
interesting use of these stats that I can think of.

      Revert "Less work" · 70dc14f2

See commit d1c40b38 for the rationale
behind this added *option*. Any monthly report curator may choose
to skip this and that's fine, but there is definitely value in doing
this work: I keep hearing such complains from potential readers.

      This reverts commit e762211b.
