1. We expected the incorrect filename for the deb (_ is inserted before the version, not -) 2. Since we changed directory, we might as well use relative paths. 3. We should avoid removing a directory that is our CWD.

We only "need" to do it while changing directory. I think the intent of the subshell is a bit clearer this way.

Before the rename from tor-monitor, they happened to work because tor-monitor sorts after tails-greeter. This is not the case anymore, so now it's broken. Let's fix this the way we do for all other similar things.

We already have one, that has been debugged already and e.g. is not affected by https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/9002#note-20. Let's use it in our Tor Status GNOME Shell extension, instead of trying to re-invent that wheel. refs: #9002
