The timeout that I originally set is too small, for example, when capturing is
enabled.

This feature will test that
* Electrum will display a warning message if Electrum is not persistent
* creating a wallet will work
* persistence for Electrum works

Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/test/8950-fs-shares-from-temp-dir' into test/8950-fs-shares-from-temp-dir

It haven't caused any issues since we aren't using the pdf and iso
filesystem shares at the same time.
