seems to be triggered especially on /news (inline in an inline).

I wouldn't have used an inline if the content was meant to be used only
twice, but we should reuse it at least for the 3.6.1 release notes and
probably for 3.7 as well.

Now people can directly install an intermediary Tails with the new
version and save a whole step!

    Remove special treatment of banner on installation assistant (#14852)

    - Developers wondered several times whether this was on purpose or
      broken, so users probably wonder as well.
    - It make it hard to tweak the top section of our site, for example to
      include a donation banner.
    - It's broken on smaller screens and the text collapses with the logo.

I did not remove the corresponding line in the CSS - which I will delete anyway.
I'm applying this manually because cherry-picking and merging create too many conflicts.

Website: explicitly add sort="age" to all inline directives I can easily & mechanically patch (refs: #12053).

A serious performance regression was brought by ikiwiki 3.20150614. One of the
few changes introduced in that release was to change the default sorting, for
inline directives, from "age" to "age title". Presumably the latter is
substantially slower, possibly since it has to process the *content* of all
included pages in order to retrieve their title, which may mean that a subset of
pages are processed more than once.

Let's keep the full version in the Git checkout for some times, just in
case it might be useful to use in some circumstances (for debugging for
example).

  - Be short
  - Don't say 'image of', 'logo of', etc.
  - alt="" is fine when the image is purely decorative (duplicating the
    text) or pointless if not seen (QRCode)
  - http://webaim.org/techniques/alttext/ has good tips

This might format PO files in a nicer way for translators.

At the moment we are not considering having a replacement of the
/download page, so since we are renaming this file anyway let's move it
where it belongs: next to the other steps.

In the end, we only want the extension to reset it states if:

1. The IDF changes
2. The "Download again" button is clicked
3. The "Cancel" button is clicked

So we don't need the "Next" button anymore, we can inline this and
provide all the instruction on the same page.
