commit:613b14c6 commented out that documentation
because it was not up to our doc standards; fair enough, but as a result we have
a meaningless link to non-existent documentation, which is not great either.

Either drop the link entirely, or link to the upstream bug report.

This will make the "Tickets linked from the website" part of the release process
more manageable, while pointing users to more up-to-date sources of information.

It's not reliable enough and provides poor UX. Linux memory poisoning
works well enough to get rid of it.

Some UEFI firmware, such as the one in the ThinkPad X220, only recognize
the fallback UEFI boot loader if it has an upper-case name.

We've already added a number of affected graphics adapters to
the list of those that will use the "intel" X.Org driver automatically,
the best we can do now is to continuously update the list: let's document how to
do it and move on.

Tails 3.0 doesn't support "non-PAE with big amounts of memory" anymore.

This problem is gone in Tails 3.x :)

The problem #11096 is about was *not* fixed: we merely documented the known
issue that the commit I'm reverting is removing.
