Again, this is a memo for people who prefer OpenPGP over the other
verification techniques, so we can allow us some shortcuts.

Are are expected to know how to download a file and import a key.

seahorse-nautilus won't associate detached OpenPGP signatures, see #10943.

Then we'll rework this drastically but this will allow us to hopefully
rescue some translations.

This was the user scenario pointed out during the April 3rd meeting to
rescue the old OpenPGP verification instructions. It also makes sense as
the only reason left behind having a direct download.
