- Explain the actual symptoms (the password will always be rejected) and
  avoid an ambiguous use of a modal verb ('cannot').
- Explain the workaround: people might loose work if they realize half
  way through their session that they cannot install an Additional
  Software.
- I don't expect the command line trick to be very useful.
- Link to what our terminology means ('administration password').
- Clarify what non-English means.

The role-release-automation user is a reporter only for tails/tails.

There is no MFSA out yet, but I really want to release. IIRC our
intention with waiting for the MFSA is to not release a browser based
on Mozilla's code before they do. However, even though there is no
MFSA yet, Firefox 68.10.0esr is available for download, so IMHO we
honor the above intention, so I'll release now, with the MFSA pending.
